Senior Product Manager & AI Product Builder
I’ve worked in digital products since 2016 and in Product Management since 2018. My background combines product management, UX, research and design, with a specialisation in SaaS and internal tools/ERP systems.
Let’s talk
I like to understand how a problem works before deciding what to build. I research, draw workflows and assess alternatives with the team. I use AI to extend that capability and turn ideas into solutions we can test.
I work by connecting business opportunities, user needs and team capabilities. I weigh expected impact, effort, risks and what we give up when choosing an initiative.
3 things about me
Working in digital products since 2016
Since 2018, I’ve held Product Management responsibilities, connecting research, prioritisation, development and launch.
Specialised in SaaS and internal tools/ERP systems
I’ve worked on customer-facing experiences and internal processes that connect teams, information and business operations.
I speak 5 languages
How I lead
I turn strategy into concrete decisions
I work with the team to decide which needs to address first and how to introduce changes.
I make the cost of prioritising explicit
I bring expected value, effort, risks and what will have to wait into the discussion.
I coordinate teams to put decisions into practice
My leadership has focused on initiatives and coordination. I’ve coordinated teams of up to 4 backend developers, 5 frontend developers and 2 designers, as well as collaborating with business, sales, marketing and operations. I’ve also interviewed candidates for Product Manager and Product Designer roles and participated in hiring decisions.
What I’m focused on now
Using AI in product work. Bringing it into research, analysis, exploration and building when it helps solve the problem better.
Building and learning in shorter cycles. Creating prototypes and features we can test, while maintaining product and technical review.
Continuing to work on SaaS and internal tools. Products where simplifying workflows and connecting teams can have a visible effect on the experience and operations.
How I work
I define the problem and how we’ll recognise improvement
I combine research and data to understand the starting point, user needs and business goals.
I compare value, effort, risks and dependencies
I share the alternatives and the reasons behind a decision so the team understands what we’re addressing and what we’re leaving for later.
I work closely with design and engineering
I turn direction into releases we can test and bring AI into exploration and building where it is useful.
I check what happens after launch
I combine usage and business metrics with feedback to compare our expectations with what is actually happening.
I decide what to improve, expand, rethink or stop
I use what we’ve learned to revisit the solution and priorities. Communication runs through every phase: I share progress, blockers, scope changes and results, adapting the level of detail to each team.
Frequently asked questions

Experience connecting product decisions with conversion, adoption, team subscriptions and operational efficiency. My case studies range from integrating a commercial process into an ERP to defining a collaboration model and improving the use of a resource catalogue.
What’s your experience with AI?
